How do I put my membership on hold?

All active members may place a free hold on their account for up to 1 billing cycle (28 days)!

Click HERE to fill out the suspension request form. This form must be submitted at least 72 hours before you'd like your hold to begin. 

If you need to place your account on hold for longer than 1 billing cycle, you may do so for $9.99 per billing cycle. If you need to cancel your membership at any time during the duration of your hold, you must follow our standard membership cancellation policy and reactivate your membership for one full billing cycle before the cancellation can be processed.
