How do I cancel my membership?

We're sorry to see you go! But we understand life changes and you may need to cancel your membership.

You may cancel your membership at any time, but must give notice 1 full billing cycle in advance. To cancel your membership, we'll just need you to fill out the cancellation request form. Once submitted, your General Manager will reach out within 72 hours to confirm your request has been processed and review your account details. Cancellations are not accepted in person, via email/live chat, or over the phone.

 

After submitting a cancellation request for your membership, you will still have access to studio classes until the termination date confirmed by your General Manager.
