What class would you recommend for my first class?

We’re so excited you’re interested in checking out Alchemy 365 and can't wait to see you in class!

Whether you're experienced, a total beginner, or just getting back into working out, we recommend starting with a Cardio, Strength or Circuit class.

These classes are our bread and butter: power yoga warm-up, 20 minutes of high intensity, yoga cool-down. Every class starts with an overview of the class and workout structure followed by demos of the movements and modifications. All of our workouts can be scaled to any level, so you’ll be all set!
